Pada 9 Mei 1997, PT Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics Group) didirikan sebagai badan usaha penyedia jasa pengiriman barang PT ABM Investama Tbk., untuk memudahkan pelaku usaha di Indonesia mengantarkan barang dan jasa mereka ke tempat yang dibutuhkan.

Pada tahun 2010, saham milik TMT diambil alih oleh PT ABM Investama, Tbk sehingga menjadi pemegang saham terbesar dari CKB Logistics.

1. Officer Commercial Port & Shipping

Job Description:

  • Provide appropriate information about company services according to customer needs
  • Create orders in the system.
  • Carrying out tracking, tracing and expediting the status and condition of the customer’s goods index and proactively responding to the inquiry.
  • Communicate customer requests during execution to other departments (operation/finance/related dept)
  • Respond and validate complaint and claim from customers and forward it to the internal department.
  • Prepare required documents for the invoicing process in accordance with detailed customer agreements
  • Bridging communication between finance and customers to ensure customers make payments according to the agreement
  • Doing regular reporting on customer performance to the superiors.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background : Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Having good English skills
  • Having good communication skills
  • Having good negotiation skills

2. Officer Chartering

Job Description:

  • Procure direct cost units that are accountable, efficient and effective in accordance with business needs, within certain limits.
  • Negotiating the value of direct cost unit procurement work contracts to obtain competitive prices.
  • Monitor the implementation of the direct cost unit procurement process in accordance with cooperation agreements and contracts.
  • Making contract with the selected vendor before the expiration date or before the start date applicable agreements, policies and regulations
  • Evaluate and maintain vendor performance in accordance with the standards stated in the contract
  • Looking for vendors to procure new direct cost units according to company needs
  • Create and process sharing database and prices for potential and existing suppliers.
  • Receive complaints or claims and process them internally

Qualification:

  • Having knowledge of the logistics industry is preferred.
  • Educational background : Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Having good English skills.
  • Having good communication skills.
  • Having good negotiation skills are preferred.
