1. Legal Officer

Responsibilities

  • Document or draft preparation of legal documents for internal and external use, from prepare, review, to documentation.
  • Day-to-day assistance for administrative and secretarial in Legal division and within company and subsidiary company (maintain database & clerical) related to legal documents.
  • Legal support: liaise with internal third party/notary/related government agency, process license/permit submission process
  • Conduct legal research, directly or indirectly, and be able to provide legal opinion.
  • Liaise with external parties: regulators/public authority, etc.
  • Regularly work within divisions to support legal assistance

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree majoring in Law from any university with minimum 1 year experience in a startup/new established company as a corporate legal.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent legal drafting (both in Indonesian and English) skill
  • Able to work in a minimum supervision and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Have the experience for license/permit submission process.
  • Has understanding in Indonesian Law (Limited Liability Company, Intellectual Property, and other related law).
  • Excellent in MS Office and Google-Suite skills/literacy.
  • Keen to learn, proactive and detail-oriented personnel.
  • Excel in communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills (Internal and external stakeholders).
  • Having interest in digital consultancy/marketing knowledge

2. Creative Director (Belinsky)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company’s brand objectives and identity.
  • Monitor and analyze current industry trends, consumer behavior, and cultural shifts relevant to our brands and markets.
  • Create project creative idea decks, mood boards, and present to our potential clients.
  • Control and lead the client’s project according to the plan.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Min. 1 years of experience in Creative Agency.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to align creative direction with business objectives.
  • Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and campaigns.
  • Willing to work in an office in South Jakarta, Kemang.

3. TikTok Specialist (Glxssy Beaute)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective TikTok marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives and increase brand awareness.
  • Create engaging and shareable TikTok content, including videos, challenges, and trends, that resonate with the target audience.
  • Manage and optimize TikTok accounts, including profile setup, follower engagement, and community management.
  • Plan and execute TikTok advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad targeting, and ad format selection.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates, to evaluate campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify and collaborate with TikTok influencers and creators to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Conduct research and utilize analytics tools to gain insights into the target audience’s preferences, behaviors, and interests on TikTok.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TikTok strategies with broader marketing initiatives across different platforms.
  • Keep abreast of TikTok’s policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends to adapt strategies and maintain compliance.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven 2-3 years experience as a TikTok Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful TikTok campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform features, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools/software.
  • Familiarity with TikTok advertising options and targeting capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

4. Sales Executive (Belinsky)

Responsibilities

  • Approach potential clients, delivering pitches to obtain new partnership
  • Initiate mid & long term partnership strategies to create new collaborations with partners
  • Maintain a relationship with the existing clients, to ensure the next partnership
  • Meet and exceed partnership targets
  • Understand and keep up to date with production house industry and competitive landscape knowledge
  • Budgeting the production cost & the client needs

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of experience at partnership/sales field in an advertising agency, production house, file or media company
  • Great communication and negotiation skills to maintain strong relationships with key partners
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills effectively collaborate with various teams
  • Knowledgeable of field production techniques and standard
  • Proficiency in working with Google Workspace is a plus
  • Interest in social media, digital marketing, and production
  • Willing to work WFO setting, with on-site location in Kemang, South Jakarta

5. KOL Specialist (Konnijiwa)

As a KOL Specialist, your role includes researching and identifying potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who align with the agency’s goals and values, managing MCN’s TikTok platform, and cultivating strong relationships with KOLs.

You will be responsible for initiating outreach campaigns to build connections and partnerships with KOLs, effectively communicating the agency’s mission and value proposition.

In addition, your responsibilities include negotiating contracts and agreements with KOLs, including terms, deliverables, and compensation, while continuously monitoring the performance and impact of KOL collaborations using relevant metrics. You will also play a critical role in providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI to internal stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • 1-2 years experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing Agency is a plus
  • Passion for the creators economy and a genuine interest in influencer marketing.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their role in brand promotion, especially on TikTok.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks and follow through on projects.
  • Enthusiastic team player who is eager to learn and contribute.
  • Willing to Work From Office in Jakarta Barat
